Cooking School
Reform of the kitchen school, for cooking during the 10 days of the event and his later use as space of learning. To carry out this construction, we have the help of an expert on roofs and wood structures and participation in Community Work Network of which we are part.

It is an universal appeal inspired by the spiritual guide or Chaman, Roy Little Sun, from Hoppy Village (USA), to concentrate a continued Dance of 10 days and 10 nights in the Summer Solstice, from 20 to 30 of June.
The physical space, is located in the middle of nature, in the mythical mountain of Murumendi. Specifically, in the hills of the homestead, Pagorriaga. Here, the aforementioned Roy, erected "The table of Fire" with the purpose of keep it on forever, until the power of The Peace, stay rooted in the Human Heart of all Clan and people.
Following the ancient rituals, he lighted the fire, placing in it, the ashes of other fires from the planet, ones which are still on fire sharing the same purpose.
Therefore, it is an appeal in which the "involved" space of the Heart of the protagonists, they return to the roots through a conscious and deliberate dance, to open a new pathway and road of tuned rhythm and movement. Tuning in in this manner, the Heart of the Planet of the Sun and the Hearth of the Humanity, to result a harmonious relationship between Nature and Humanity. Fostering a conscious eating, along with a re-valuation of the activity of a sustainable Rural Environment, creator of wealth and beauty in bio-diversity of landscapes, animals, healthy and local foods, promoting and universalizing the rural life and the intrinsic value to its inhabitants.
In addition to all this, this event is a continuation of a process of empowerment of women with a history of domestic violence. Ones, who guided through a relationship with Nature and Animals, are restoring and recreating their lives and them, as theirself, becoming protagonists in alchemy and transformation. Personifying in them, the "Natural Woman" and recovering the sovereignty of conscious eating, natural food and harmonious and sustainable relationship with the Earth, Nature and of free Men and Women and Empowered.
A conscious and continued Dance during 10 days and 10 nights in the Summer Solstice. Beside activities such as: - Food aware of Roy's hand. - Asset Garden with food sovereignty. - Educational guide throught Nature. – Therapy and coaching with animals. - Relationship with physical body by Shiatsu massage. - Access to creativity through crafts with natural elements, like clay. - Educational games in Nature. - Horse trails. - Meetings with the wisdom throught speeches and panel discussions, by Roy LittleSun and various authorities, from the scientific world as the universal knowledge.
As we have explained in the brief description of the project, following the ancient rituals, Roy LittleSun lighted the fire, placing in it, the ashes of other fires from the planet, ones which are still on fire sharing the same purpose.
During the last centuries, particularly after the industrial revolution, Rural Areas became from being the axis of culture, language and economy, to plunge into a permanent agony. Furthermore, the city became binding axis of human strength, both cultural and economic, as creating new forms of life and consumption.
Nowadays is patent the rupture and forgetfulness with agriculture and Rural and Natural Areas. Are obvious the consequences that suffers the society with its shortcomings and unintended consequences. On the one hand, chronic dependence on the most important and vital areas of human welfare, as it is on food sovereignty, in popular culture and in natural and practical skills and knowledge. But above all, is reflected in the levels of health in our society.
The society is outside from his natural axis. This, is reflected in a steady deterioration in their social relationships with couple, family and of course, in relation to oneself. I.e., is increasing social mass that supports physical, psychological and social problems.
At the same time, this imbalance generates consequences on the other side, ie, in the Rural and Natural world of nowadays. The natural landscapes have been disappearing, in the same way, the biodiversity and living landscapes that generated the Rural Area, along with fields and meadows, have been disappearing while we lost our capacity to produce food, going to a dependence foreign supplies.
The imbalance is evident, reflect us that "Nature needs the power and the presence of humans and humanity of Nature".
With the shared intention of re-align in the same live axle the Planet and Humanity, as assert the necessity and importance of Rural Area and Nature, we perform the Sun Dance and One Heart, in the wild where it belongs.
The main objective that guides us in all activities, is TUN HUMANITY WITH NATURE.
To do this, we want to remodel this wooden building, in harmony with Nature and Rural Area in which is located, which will fulfill the following functions:
1 -. Provide visitors a dining experience with local produce.
2 - Enable a relationship with the earth through the garden and back cocinamiento food.
3 - School of conscious and healthy cuisine.
4 - Place of meetings to "cook" creativity, projects and discover potential.
5 - Point of sale of local products.
6 - Open the first paths of a green economy.
In this way, create a stage and a platform of meetings around a fire who saves the spirit of the ancient kitchen, stage for education, training and creation.

Along the path of Osanatur, educational / therapeutic interventions that have been carried out, have as main objective the emotional clarification and reparation, physical and mental health, as well as improving the quality of life of involved people and on which it intervenes.
Work with different collectives: domestic violence, children in situation of abandonment, people with social and occupational integration problems, people with various disabilities, etc..

We are an integrated team in Nature and Rural lifestyle, committed to farming activity and society, through experience and research generates knowledge that includes / takes into account the areas of natural, animal and human behavior applying it to health, harmony and intelligence in the physical-bodily, emotional-sentimental and personal development aspects, aiming at the conciliation of humanity with nature.
The three members of the promoting team, we cover the following core areas of knowledge and intervention: Psychology, Pedagogy, Ethology, sexology, and Integrative Natural Spirituality.
We also have a team of collaborators complementing our capabilities from different disciplines: organization and business management, entrepreneurship and social innovation, equine therapy, music therapy, theater...

To do this, we have the homestead Pagorriaga. Located in the mountains of Murumendi and surrounded by animals such as deer, horses, donkeys, pygmy goats and dogs, besides the animals are in the area.
