Administración "ágil" ¿para quién?

Ese día registramos las solicitudes de personación y acceso al expediente “Proyecto de explotación Las Navas en Cañaveral”.

Al parecer, este tipo de solicitudes de participación de la sociedad civil no entra dentro de la "Ley para una Administración más ágil", que sí funciona para sacar adelante proyectos que interesan a las iniciativas público privadas en las que empresas y administraciones son socios, con todas las presiones que conllevan este tipo de mega proyectos.

Por tanto, no hemos podido empezar a conocer los detalles en papel sobre este proyecto, más allá de la propaganda que las mineras presentan en bolsa (para aumentar sus cotizaciones), en la prensa, de la mano del Presidente o del alcalde de turno que se convierte en vocero de la empresa vía bando móvil, olvidando que más que neutrales (tal cualidad debiera ser intrínseca en la figura que representa a todos los ciudadanos de un lugar) se erigen con sus actos en promotores de un proyecto cuyos impactos negativos obvian ex profeso en sus discursos.
Si comenzamos a atisbar algunos progresos en cuanto a cuestionar este tipo de actitudes favorecedoras de proyectos más que dudosos en la mega minería, no es precisamente porque los presidentes y alcaldes están a partir un piñón con las mineras y les hagan subir las cotizaciones en las bolsas, sino por el desafío de las plataformas y organizaciones que cuestionan las cifras oficiales de concesión de agua o la toxicidad de los vertidos, la peligrosidad de lo que la ley franquista da por legal en la Unión Europea, prohibido ya en muchos países de Sudamérica.

Seguimos aún así en la lucha. Seguimos recabando datos, y reuniéndonos con expertos que nos asesoren.
Para todo ello se necesitan recursos económicos, que, gracias a ti, hemos conseguido.

Seguiremos informando (cuando podamos, que la estrategia legal no deja de ser eso: estrategia ☺️).

Por nuestra dehesa.
Por el futuros de nuestros hijos.
Por Extremadura.
No a las minas.
No a la mina de Cañaveral.
