How are we doing with our trip?

Receive a special greeting, May 2022 be a splendid 'journey' for you!

Thank you very much for having trusted our project "The trip of a bamboo bike". We are going calmly but with soul in the project development, here is a summary for you:

100% rewards have been delivered in Europe, Chile and Colombia. In the United States we only need to deliver the printed books, which have already arrived in the country and we will begin their distribution in the next few days. If for some reason you still haven't received your reward, please let us know.

We want to tell you that we are very happy because we finished the illustrated story and we have printed 300 copies. Fewer copies were printed than planned, with the aim that they would be cooked and, thus, be of better quality and, therefore, more durable for the use they will have in libraries and schools. The books will be donated to public libraries and schools in Colombia and Spain. Since September we have started to deliver mainly to libraries in Spain, for now books have been donated in Asturias, Cantabria, Castilla-La Mancha and, soon in La Rioja and Valencia. If you have any suggestions to donate the book to a school and/or library, please write to movajau@gmail.com.

The pandemic has made it more difficult to carry out the bamboo bike workshop for young people, so we hope that in the first half of 2022 we can carry it out. However, we have been making new contacts for some time that will help us continue promoting the sustainable use of natural resources and the use of bamboo as a renewable material.
