Jairo Restrepo y Nacho Simón enseñan de forma clara, amena y científica el cómo y el porqué de regenerar la fertilidad biológica y mineral de los suelos agrícolas, lo cual permite avanzar hacia una producción viable de alimentos sanos, accesible para los bolsillos de los consumidores y de forma rentable para los agricultores, permitiéndoles al mismo tiempo desengancharse de la dependencia de insumos externos.
