El ABC de la Agricultura Orgánica, 1-4 Mayo con Jairo Restrepo en Catalunya

La finalidad de esta capacitación, de 4 días(1-4 Mayo), es lograr transmitir los conceptos básicos, tanto teóricos como prácticos, sobre los cuales se construye la propuesta de la Agricultura Orgánica; intercambiando experiencias prácticas (diciendo, haciendo y experimentando) con los participantes, y planteando herramientas aplicables a la realidad agrícola, al mismo tiempo que permitiendo reflexionar sobre los principios, objetivos y estrategias de la agricultura orgánica.
Jairo Restrepo es un maestro que abre muchas mentes y empodera a muchas personas para convertirse en científicos de su propia tierra. Biofertilizantes, Semilla de Microorganismos Nativos (SMN), caldo sulfocálcico, fosfito, Cromatografía… Todas estas y más técnicas de demostrada eficacia para incrementar la fertilidad del suelo y monitorear su desarrollo permiten a las personas recuperar el control de sus explotaciones y por tanto de sus vidas, al desengancharse de los insumos externos y ser capaces de crear los suyos propios, colaborando con otrxs productorxs en el proceso.

El curso se llevará a cabo en la finca de agricultura regenerativa que ya está en marcha bajo el asesoramiento directo de Jairo Restrepo, el proyecto Planeses en el término municipal de Sant Ferriol (a 5Km. de Besalú), Girona (Catalunya).

Jairo Restrepo Rivera, nacido en Colombia y con nacionalidad brasileña, es Ingeniero Agrónomo por la Universidad Federal de Pelotas, en el estado brasileño de Rio Grande del Sur. Es especialista en agroecología y consultor internacional para América Latina, el Caribe, Australia, África y Europa.
